Subject: Dinner At Roswell's Chaplins

To: David Kamran and Joseph Radford,

My family took a mini vacation trip to Atlanta during the Memorial Day weekend. We visited the Historical District in Roswell and happened upon your wonderful establishment. We visited your restaurant on Friday night May 24th and the food was so wonderful and delicious we came back on Saturday May 25th,2002. We spent the entire day Saturday at Six Flags but left and drove 40 minutes just to have dinner again at your place in Roswell. The steak was the most delicious tender steak I have ever eaten! The Gyro 's were out of this world!!! Even the Spinach dip was great and the corn chips were nicely heated!!! I wish I could remember the name of the waitress because she was delightful, professional and courteous! She had brown hair which she wore back in a bon. Please look at our charge slips and you can figure out waitresses' name. We sat at her table both nights and she probably remembers us because we also left her a coupon off admission to Six Flags in addition to a tip. Your restaurant was the Highlight of our Trip. The atmosphere was cozy, pleasant and relaxing. We will most certainly make it a point to recommend your place to all our friends in Huntsville and Madison Alabama!
